Today is Stress Awareness Day.

To be honest, I didn’t even know this was a thing. I think our everyday stresses are made aware without a need for a “Day”. I know I’m very aware of the stressors in my life.

Put your hands on your heart and repeat the following:

I’m okay.
I’m safe.
I’m loved.

I know I’m telling myself this over and over these days. Maybe it’ll help you too! 🖐🏻 ❤️
